How to Install arp-scan software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

arp-scan software package provides arp scanning and fingerprinting tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install arp-scan 

arp-scan is installed in your system.

Make ensure the arp-scan package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep arp-scan *
